Sharp Archiver is an interesting, free and open code application to make compressions. Sharp Archiver uses CAKE3, which lets you manage up to 47 different file types.
The program can open, delete or extract all types of files, for example ZIP, 7ZIP, TAR, GZIP, BZIP2, ARC, ARJ, ASD, ACE, MIME, B64, BEL, DEB, YZ1, F, FRZ, IICL, ICO, CAB, JAM, LHA, LZH, LZS, HQX, CPT, DMG, PIT.PAK, WAD, RAR, RPM, SQX, MACBIN, CPIO, SHAR, UUE, XXE, IMP, YENC, ZOO, EAR, JAR, WAR, WSZ, MSKIN, BZS, WAL, WMZ…
Sharp Archiver includes a multi-extraction tool, a file conversion tool, and a tool to encrypt and de-encrypt files that generate protected files (SAE).
Its interface is clean, not confusing, and simple to use.
To work correctly you need to install .Net Framework 2.0 or later. All this and much more in a little big program.
